A food technologist by profession & an entrepreneur by passion , Prajaktaa is been serving the food industry for past 10 years as a Food Consultant with her 1st organisation “Spectrum Food Solutions” wherein her organisation assists FBOs on new product development , food packaging consultation, shelf life enhancement,food factory setup , ISO 22000:2018/HACCP/GMP/GHP certification ,GAP audits , food safety trainings .
In 2023 she led her moringa manufacturing venture (Krishna Leela Foods LLP - Brand : Leafy Crave ) which is focused on building a scalable, quality led wellness products centered on moringa based nutrition. With a clear emphasis on ethical sourcing and global standards, the vision is to position Leafy Crave as a trusted partner in domestic and international health markets
